Our Team

Jennifer Ramsey

With a deep passion for helping people, Jen has worked in the nonprofit space for most of her life. Early in her career, she was a social worker and the Director of a family and children's homeless shelter in Denver. Since then, Jen has taken many nonprofits to the next level as a Director of Development and, in addition, has launched businesses of her own. She brings vision, critical thinking, creativity, and organization to our team.


Jen loves critical thinking and problem solving. She leads with a people-first mentality, always striving for self improvement and a positive work culture so that her team can be the best version of themselves and truly live out their mission & vision.

Grand Mesa

Tabatha Godoy

Over the last 15 years, Tabatha has specialized in youth development with many nonprofits throughout the West Coast and Rocky Mountain region. She is passionate about getting youth outside, thinking creatively, and working as a team to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. She especially loves sharing these stories across various media platforms to spread positivity and promote great nonprofit work.


In addition to program directing, Tabatha excels in operational organizing and streamlining systems. She enjoys simplifying the complexities of nonprofit work and finding solutions to reduce administrative burdens so staff can focus on their mission and avoid burnout.

Bethany Anderson

Bethany has been an experienced accountant for ten years. She also has experience as a franchise owner of a children’s center that she sold in 2020. She is very mission driven which is why she enjoys working in the non-profit sector and has specialized in non-profit work since moving back to Western Colorado. Her expertise in financial planning and strategizing has given organizations a clearer picture to achieve their goals!


Bethany loves organizing and facilitating change. She has a true passion for teaching how to read financial statements to make them more valuable for organizations. She loves working with a team and helping them achieve their mission.
